Puzzle Box follows Kait, a recovering drug addict who flees to a house in the woods to rehabilitate. Accompanied by her sister Olivia, who decides to document the process, strange things begin to happen as the layout of the house begins to mysteriously change and the two find themselves trapped inside a house that looks like a nightmarish puzzle box from which they cannot escape.
