I’m sure this film was made with a lot of care and love, BUT what it lacked most in my opinion was the Breathing. Opera singers learn to control their breath in order to enslave us. And I agree with other less favorable reviews that the opening scene was definitely a bad example of lip-syncing, especially since I didn’t see Ms. Jolie breathe! Of course, La Calla led a glamorous life, but I felt the focus was more diverted. to this film clip. This is a film that stopped me from watching it to the end and for which I apologize.
