The film is set in the desert bordering Colombia and Venezuela, where gasoline smugglers known as “pimpineros” risk their lives transporting illegal fuel from one country to another. The film follows Juan (Alejandro Speitzer). He is the youngest of a clan of three brothers who are caught up in this dangerous trade because they are forced to work for a formidable rival. Juan’s girlfriend Diana (Laura Osma) is determined to uncover the terrible secrets hiding in no man’s land and sets out to find the truth.
